Rechelle has been a lifelong ICU Travel Nurse, and knows first-hand the real implications of not having life insurance and not being prepared. R&M Solutions work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide life insurance options including retirement services. This company was founded on the premise there is a better, smarter, tax-free way to plan for our futures. You will not be a “one size fits all” model . We will take the time it takes to get you, your concerns, and goals– while providing the best rates/coverage the industry has to offer. We are an independent agency having access to over 80 different companies for comparisons– We work for you.

Rechelle graduated from Western Kentucky University with her Bachelor’s Degree. As a nurse turned life insurance agent, She grew frustrated with all the information that was not readily available to most hard-working Americans. It’s time to share the knowledge so our clients can also enjoy a tax-free retirement and a peace of mind knowing their family is taken care!
When Rechelle is not in Minnesota working, she is back home in Kentucky enjoying her three beautiful Grandbabies—Gracelyn, Oakley, and Jeb. We look forward to Vested Voyage serving your family for generations to come!
Madison Wood
Co-Founder
Madison is a licensed health and life insurance agent, with experience in healthcare as a dental assistant. As a co-founder of Vested Voyage, Madison strives to encourage other young adults to be better prepared financially by creating a stream of income for a stress-free retirement.
In Madison’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Oakley, and her life-long best friend, a golden retriever named Audi. She has also recently picked up a hobby of making sourdough!
